Prof. Xue Qifan

Xue Qifan, associate researcher/master supervisor of the State Key Laboratory of Luminescent Materials and Devices, South China University of Technology, research direction is organic and perovskite optoelectronic materials and devices, including new material development, interface modification, new devices, device physics and manufacturing process improvement , published more than 50 papers in SCI journals such as Adv. Mater., Joule, Energy Environ. Sci., Adv. Energy Mater., with a total of more than 3,500 citations and an H index of 28. He was supported by the Guangdong Outstanding Youth Fund and hosted National Natural Science Foundation of China, Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation and Guangzhou Science and Technology Project, etc., won the German Federal Government Scholarship, the General Electric Foundation Science and Technology Innovation Award, the first prize of the National Innovation Competition, and led the team as an excellent instructor to win the 2019 Award Silver Award in the Fifth China “Internet +” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Guangdong Province, First Prize in the Ninth Material Innovation Competition in Guangdong in 2019, Gold Award in the 12th “Challenge Cup” Guangdong University Student Entrepreneurship Competition in 2020, etc.
