Prof. Zhang Xiaoli

Prof. Xiaoli Zhang is a “Qingbai” talent of Guangdong University of Technology. She has long been engaged in basic and applied research on semiconductor material synthesis, photoelectric energy storage and new energy conversion technologies, with specific research interests including: quantum dot synthesis, LEDs, photodetectors; broadband semiconductors (deep UV LEDs, micro-LEDs, power semiconductors, etc.) (power semiconductors, etc.). He has published more than 60 SCI papers in top international journals, 8 papers with impact factor >19, 12 papers with impact factor >10, and 3 ESI highly cited papers, with the highest single citation of 343 times. As the project leader, he has presided over 10 national, provincial and municipal research projects, including the National Natural Youth Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Foundation (first-class funding), Guangdong International Science and Technology Cooperation Project (cooperation with Stanford University, 1 million), and Guangdong Surface Project, with total funding of more than 3 million; he has received the Shenzhen Natural Science Award, Guangdong Natural Science Award, and Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Institute of Electronics.
