Title: Publishing Materials Science with Cell Press

Connor received his PhD in Chemistry from University College London (UCL) and as part of the Centre for Doctoral Training in the Advanced Characterisation of Materials. He obtained an integrated Masters from the University of Glasgow, which included a research placement at the Institute of Physics and Chemistry of Materials of Strasbourg in France. His research focussed on nanomaterial design for biomedical applications, such as developing MRI contrast agents and drug delivery systems. In September 2023, he started working at Matter. He is currently the only European representative of the journal and is based at the London Elsevier office.
